ไก่อบ (ไม่ใช้เตาอบ)

เครื่องปรุง
เนื้ออกไก่ 350 กรัม
ผักคะน้า ตามชอบ
น้ำปลา 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ซอสหอยนางรม 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ซีอิ๊วขาว 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำตาล 1 ช้อนชา
แป้งมัน 1 ช้อนชา
น้ำสำหรับใส่ในแป้งมัน 1/2 ถ้วย
น้ำสำหรับเคี่ยว 1 ถ้วย
รากผักชี กระเทียม พริกไทยเม็ด โขลกรวมกัน สำหรับหมักไก่  

วิธีทำ
1. หมักไก่กับเครื่องที่โขลกเอาไว้ ประมาณ 15-30 นาที
2. นำไก่ไปทอดให้พอสุกเหลือง พักไว้ เอาน้ำมันออกจากกระทะ
3. เติมน้ำสำหรับเคี่ยว ต้มให้เดือด เติมน้ำปลา ซอสหอยนางรม ซีอิ๊วขาว น้ำตาล คนให้เข้ากัน 
4. ผสมแป้งมันกับน้ำ นำลงราดในน้ำที่ทำเอาไว้ คนให้เข้ากันอีกครั้ง
5. นำอกไก่ที่ทอดเอาไว้ลงไปเคี่ยว ใช้ไฟอ่อน เคี่ยวประมาณ 15 - 20 นาที
6. ผักคะน้า นำลงลวกในน้ำที่เคี่ยวไว้ จัดเสิร์ฟ
